Mount Albert Edward - 2093M 1201M Prominence 49.67746 -125.431785 Sept 13-14 2023 1706M elevation gain 28H C2C, 12H moving, 36KM Mount Albert Edward is one of the peaks that I have grown up looking at across the pond. It is quite distinct in shape, and is easily pointed out by its ramp shaped summit. Lleyton and I left on the afternoon of the 13th and blasted through the beautiful paradise meadows, past lake Helen Mackenzie, and then stopped at Circlet lake. The following day we got up and made our way up into the alpine, I continued on to summit, then we made our way back down to camp, packed up our belongings, and hiked back around a different route past Lady and Battleship lake, until we were back to the boardwalked meadows and my car with a dead battery.
